PARLOR-F is a private, licensed tattoo studio,
located in the Capitol Hill district of Seattle, owned and
operated soley by Owen Connell.
Owen's paintings and graphics are well known
and published throughout the world, as are his tattoos. He
has a BFA in painting and printmaking.
Owen has been tattooing since 1990. His art
and tattoo work are known for their bold and abstract compositions.
Parlor-F provides a personalized tattoo experience,
